Registration Certificate (RC) Information & Importance
Primary document of vehicle registration
- Registration Certificate (RC) एक important document है, जिसे RTO (Regional Transport Office) द्वारा issue किया जाता है। यह proof है कि आपका Vehicle officially Registered है। RC में Vehicle Number, Chassis & Engine Number, Fuel Type, Owner Name आदि Address सहित important information होती है।
- हर Vehicle Owner के लिए RC को valid & updated रखना जरूरी है। Vehicle खरीदने या बेचने पर RC पर Owner के नाम Transfer करवाना जरूरी है।
RC की जरूरत क्यों Important Works में पड़ती है, जैसे
- Vehicle Ownership Transfer
- Insurance Renewal
- Hypothecation (Loan) Entry या Cancellation
- Permit के लिए आवेदन
- Fitness Certificate Renewal
- Duplicate RC के लिए आवेदन
Important Note:
Valid RC के बिना Vehicle Ownership साबित करना कठिन हो सकता है और कानूनी समस्याओं का सामना करना पड़ सकता है। इसलिए Vehicle से संबंधित सभी जानकारी RC में समय-समय पर Update कराते रहना चाहिए।
