Data Deletion Instructions

Learn how to request deletion of your GadiyaHub account and the personal data associated with it — including accounts created using Google or Facebook Login.

GadiyaHub lets you delete your account and the personal data associated with it at any time. This page explains how to do that, what happens afterwards, and who to contact if you need help — including if you originally signed up using Google or Facebook.

⌫

How to Request Deletion

The fastest way: while logged in, go to Account → Settings → Delete Account and confirm the deletion. This permanently removes your account immediately.
If you cannot log in — for example, if you signed up using Google or Facebook and no longer have access — email us at support@gadiyahub.com from your registered email address, or message us on WhatsApp at +91 9729075897, and ask us to delete your account.
This applies no matter how you originally signed up: with a mobile number and OTP, email and password, Google, or Facebook.

☑

Information We Need From You

To locate and verify your account, please share only your registered email address or mobile number.
We will never ask you to share your password, OTP, or any Google/Facebook login token as part of a deletion request. Do not share these with anyone, including anyone claiming to be from GadiyaHub.

◐

What Happens After You Request Deletion

If you use the in-app Delete Account option, your account and the associated data described on that page are removed immediately.
If you email or WhatsApp us instead, we will verify that the request is coming from the account owner using the registered email or mobile number before processing it.
Once verified, we delete the eligible data associated with your account and confirm with you once it is done.
We aim to action verified email/WhatsApp requests as promptly as possible; we do not commit to a fixed number of days at this time.

◻

What Gets Deleted and What We Retain

Deleting your account removes your profile information, posted vehicle listings, wishlist, and chat history, as described on the in-app Delete Account page.
We may retain certain information where required by applicable law, or for fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or legitimate record-keeping, even after your account is deleted.
Content you have already shared publicly, or with a dealer or buyer through chat, may continue to exist in records kept by that other party outside our control.

◫

Deleting Data From a Google or Facebook Login

If you created your GadiyaHub account using Google or Facebook Login, deleting your GadiyaHub account only deletes the data GadiyaHub holds about you — it does not delete your Google or Facebook account, or any data Google or Meta holds about you.
To manage or remove GadiyaHub's access to your Google or Facebook account, or to manage the data those providers hold, please use that provider's own account settings (for example, Facebook → Settings → Apps and Websites).
