जिस Detail में Correction कराना है, उससे संबंधित Valid Proof देना अनिवार्य है। सही Documents जमा करने के बाद ही RTO Correction/Endorsement को Approve करता है.
Online के अलावा आप related RTO Office में जाकर भी RC Endorsement के लिए apply कर सकते हैं। Required Form, Original RC और supporting documents जमा करके applicable fee pay करें। verification के बाद RC में correction कर दिया जाता है।

New & Used गाड़ी खरीदते Time Data Entry team से हुई गलती जैसे Name, Address, Engine Number, Chassis Number, Color, Fuel Type या KYC details में बदलाव होने के कारण RC में जो information गलत दर्ज हो जाती है, उसे RTO records में ठीक कराने के process को RC Endorsement कहते हैं।
आपकी RC में Name, Address, Chassis Number या Engine Number गलत दर्ज हो गया है, तो सबसे बड़ी problem Insurance Claim के लेते समय आती है। Data mismatch होने पर Insurance Company claim reject भी कर सकती है। इसके अलावा, Used Vehicle sell करते time या Ownership Transfer के दौरान और Traffic Police द्वारा Document Verification के समय भी problem हो सकती है।

Chassis Number किसी भी Vehicle का सबसे important identification number होता है। RC में Engine या Chassis Number सही करने के लिए RTO अधिकारी Plain Paper पर Pencil रब किया हुआ Chassis Number Print मांगते हैं। इससे RTO Physical गाड़ी के Chassis Number को Paper से verify करता है, ताकि किसी भी तरह की धोखाधड़ी ना हो सके।
अगर गलती Dealer की तरफ से Form 21, 22 या Invoice में हुई है, तो RTO में apply करने से पहले आपको उस Dealer से contact करके Form 21/22 में हुई गलती को correct करवा सकते है। Dealer द्वारा correct किए गए documents और official Stamp मिलने के बाद ही RTO आपकी RC में correction करता है।
Online website parivahan.gov.in पर जाकर Vehicle Related Services में अपना Vehicle Registration Number दर्ज करें और mobile OTP से login करें। इसके बाद RC Endorsement option select करें। जिस detail में आपको correction चाहिए जैसे Name, Address, Chassis No., Fuel Type उसकी सही जानकारी fill करें और मांगे गए documents upload करने के बाद online RTO Fee pay करके रसीद download कर लें।
हाँ, online apply करने और fee pay करने के बाद RTO में Physical Verification करवाना पड़ता है। आपको online payment receipt, Original RC, Chassis Pencil Print और upload किए गए documents की copies के साथ RTO Office जाना होता है, ताकि RTO Officer papers verify करके new RC सही जानकारी के साथ approve कर सके।
Form 33 RTO का वह official application form होता है, जो RC में New Address Update करवाने के लिए use होता है। जब आप अपना मकान या city change करते हैं, तो new Address Proof के लिए जैसे Electricity Bill, Aadhaar Card, Rent Agreement के साथ Form 33 submit करके RC में Address Endorsement करवाया जाता है।
हाँ, अगर आपने अपनी Car या Taxi में बाहर से CNG Kit fit करवाते है, तो RTO records और RC में Fuel Type Change / CNG Endorsement दर्ज करवाना legally रूप से जरुरी होता है। ऐसा न करवाने पर Traffic Police challan काट सकती है और accident होने पर Insurance Company claim reject कर देती है।
Used Vehicle Car, Bike या Truck खरीदते समय RC पर दर्ज Engine Number, Chassis Number और Seller की KYC details को गाड़ी के physical numbers से पूरी तरह match करवा लेना चाहिए। अगर RC और गाड़ी के numbers में mismatch पाया जाता है, तो NOC लेने या Ownership Transfer करवाने से पहले Seller से ही RC Endorsement करवा लें, ताकि future में आपको RC से related किसी भी प्रकार की परेशानी ना हो।
हाँ, RC में किसी भी प्रकार के Correction या Endorsement के लिए RTO द्वारा fixed official fee ली जाती है। यह फीस अलग-अलग State RTO और Correction Type जैसे Name Correction, Address Change, Smart Card Replacement Fee के according अलग-अलग हो सकती है, जिसकी payment Parivahan website पर online ही हो जाती है।
Documents submit होने और RTO द्वारा Physical Verification approve होने के बाद new corrected RC जारी होने में 7 से 15 Working Days का समय लगता है। RTO Approval के बाद आपकी new RC आपके registered address पर Speed Post से भेज दी जाती है, जिसे आप mParivahan या DigiLocker App पर भी digital download करके use कर सकते हैं।
