Hyundai HX 35AZ Specifications

The machine comes with an additional bolted counterweight for enhanced stability when working in rough terrain and heavy load lifting.

The machine comes with a password protected ignition, to prevent unauthorized machine operation. This feature can be enabled always, at intervals or can be disabled by ESL mode setting in the cluster.

Auto engine idle feature reduces the engine RPM when equipment not in use. This helps in optimizing fuel efficiency.

This feature automatically shifts high to low travel speed when machine is travelling upwards on gradient, to increase travel torque. Improves overall work efficiency.

The machine comes with heavy guards installed on Boom, Arm & Bucket cylinders for increased protection from external hit. This helps reduce the risk of downtime & repair expenses.

Dozer height automatically adjusted by turn ON Dozer Float function. Enable smooth drive over ground surface that ensures precise finish.

The cabin has centralized switches & controls for easy access. This helps in improved operator convenience and higher productivity.

The Kubota D1703, Tier-4 engine is built with a gross power of 25 HP to provide optimum power, high fuel efficiency, low noise and reduced maintenance cost.

The hydraulic & engine service intervals are longest in the industry. Engine service at 400 Hours, hydraulic filter @ 1000 hours and hydraulic oil @ 5000 Hours. Longer service intervals -> less downtime and lower maintenance cost.

Open centre hydraulic system for fast synchronisation between the joystick and Main Control Valve, resulting in faster response & smooth operation.

All pedals are foldable for additional floor space. Footrest, attachment pedal, left and right travel pedals and boom swing pedal are arranged for convenient access.

The cowl is fully open type giving easy access to Engine & MCV. All daily checks & filters at ground level for easy checks & maintenance.

Disconnects battery with machine’s complete electrical system. This improves machine electrical parts & wiring safety, especially when machine is idle or under maintenance.

Dozer of HX35Az is designed with 2-piece type hydraulic hose. This improves convenience with easy replacement of individual hoses, in case of damage.

The operator cabin is smartly designed to increase operator’s productivity. The adjustable seat improve comfort and easier joystick controls and smartly placed pedal positions enable convenient operation. It comes with an option to choose from AC Cabin or Canopy.

The Cabin & Canopy of HX35Az meets ROPS standard under ISO certification. Integrally welded low-stress & high strength steel and tested by FEM analysis and long-term durability tests.

Low stress, high strength steel is integrally welded to form a stronger, more durable upper and lower frame. Structural Integrity tested by Finite Element Analysis.

This feature acts as a lock against any unintended machine movements. When locked, it prevents hydraulic functions of the machine, thus adding an extra layer of safety. Emergency engine stop switch below operator seat, for emergency situations.

The cowl is fully open type giving easy access to Engine & MCV. All daily checks & filters at ground level for easy checks & maintenance.

This function provides wider boom swing angle for efficient work in congested residential and urban areas.

The zero tail swing allows the operator work without problems in narrow spaces, like alleys, in urban areas.
