If your Aadhar Card, Family ID, Voter ID, or address proof shows a Tirtol address, your new vehicle registration (Commercial Vehicle, Three Wheeler, Construction Equipment, or Bus) will be processed under OR-21.

The applicable RTA/registration code depends on your residential address and registration jurisdiction — not simply the location of the dealership.
